All Qualification courses work to ratios set by Mountain Training UK so we ask you to contact us to check the availability of places prior to booking by email or 01796473916
When we receive your course information request we will send you a course information pack either by email or post as requested. This pack contains a Booking Form and Health Declaration that you are asked to complete and return by post with a deposit or full course fee.
The full course fee must be paid with in 4 weeks of the start date of the course. If you are booking within this period the full course fee would be due.
You have a place on a course only when we receive a completed booking form with a £50 non returnable deposit and you have received written confirmation of your place on the course.
If an organisation is paying for you place a supporting purchase order is required or invoice details.
With your confirmation we will send you an invoice for the course balance and any additional information that you require about the course.
We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation, curtailment and accident insurance. You should check your policy adequately insures you for mountain activities.
