Re assessments Summer ML or HML awards
Occasionally candidates have more work to do on one area of their Mountain Leader Award skills before they are ready to lead others.
This results in a deferral at assessment and the requirement for re assessment.
It is usual for this day to be on a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio and the date and time to be arranged with the candidate depending on the deferral page notes.
